The ones I wear most often are my cross necklace, my watch, and (of course) my rings. They're not necessarily my "favorites," just either things with great significance (the necklace and rings) or things I can't live without (the watch). These four items I only take off for showering (and, occasionally, dishwashing if there's a large load) and always put back on immediately afterward.
The ones I like the most for actual outfit purposes (both fun and practical) are scarves. Did you mean one particular accessory (e.g. a specific scarf) or just a general type of accessory?
Well I never thought of it until Maggie mentioned it but I won't go anywhere without at least a little foundation and powder. Maybe that's not really an accessory but something else...
I feel naked without my rings and watch. And recently my pink "find a cure" bracelet.
I know I'm really late to this - but I want to answer before I go on to your 2 new posts! I don't go anywhere without my eyebrows! Youthful tweezer abuse has made my brows quite sparse so I have to mostly draw them on. Without them - I look like a freak!

Makeup. I am frighteningly pale, and without a bit of makeup, I look something similar to death.
