Good luck! Home run on the outfit, too! You look cute, and trendy, and approachable, but respectful :-)

And that classroom, that classroom... OH the memories!

You are gonna knock 'em out. Be a toughie the first couple weeks so they don't run you over!

Ohhh, best of luck! Hope both your students and fellow teacher(s) (wink, wink!) adore you!

Hope you had a great first day, Lara - looking forward to hearing all the good kid stories.

One of the best things about teaching, I think.

First day already? The kids around here don't start back for another 3weeks - you look fantastic and good luck!

LUCK!!!!!

The first day is always hard- jitters, chaos, and I always sweat like crazy. The second day is better.

Be nice. Be approachable. And forget that terrible advice about not smiling until Christmas. Load of rubbish. I can't remember a single teacher that I liked and learned from that didn't smile until Christmas. Ugh.

It's all about connections. Now go and connect with those kids. You can change lives.

Good luck! I can't wait to hear how it goes.

Your outfit is fab. I wish I could wear that to work, but I teach preschool special ed. It would be destroyed within minutes.
