I am a god.
I am taller than the trees and stronger than the wind. My arms are a steel circle of safety and a single glance can evoke joy or pain.
I am all-seeing.
I am the gatekeeper to the mysteries of the universe. I decide when the sun rises and when the night falls. I hold the keys to the all the magic of nature.
I am an alchemist.
I am capable of creating delicious nectar from raw materials. Ambrosia flows from my hands. I create calm during a storm. I am a granter of wishes and a keeper of hopes. I make that which is wet, dry. I conjure the muses of art, music and beauty. I banish the dark with my illuminating powers.
I am everywhere at once. My power is all-encompassing.
My child's life rests in the palm of my hand. Her golden heart was brought to life from my very own body. In her eyes I am omniscient.
O, this heady power! This sacred responsibility!
How I hope to be worthy.
